Tents

Tents is a relaxing grid logic puzzle that you place tents next to trees so that each tree has one tent, tents don't touch, and row/column counts are satisfied.

The goal is simple but satisfying: place tents on a grid so that each tent is adjacent (horizontally or vertically) to exactly one tree—and each tree has exactly one tent next to it.

The grid also includes numbered clues along its top and left edges, indicating how many tents must appear in each column and row, respectively. Crucially, tents cannot touch each other—not even diagonally—ensuring they're spaced out like real campers seeking privacy in the woods!

With clean, intuitive controls, automatic error detection, and an infinite supply of procedurally generated puzzles at multiple difficulty levels, Tents offers a relaxing yet mentally engaging experience—making it perfect for a quick puzzle break or a quiet evening of logical deduction.

Place tents in the empty squares so that:

• No two tents are adjacent—not even diagonally.
• The number of tents in each row and column matches the numbers shown along the edges of the grid.
• It is possible to pair each tent with a tree such that every tree is orthogonally adjacent (up, down, left, or right) to its own tent. (A tree may also be adjacent to other tents, but it must have at least one dedicated tent.)

Click in a square to place or remove a tent. Right-click to mark a square as empty (not a tent). Right-click and drag along a row or column to mark many squares at once as empty.

Visual Feedback:

• A warning "!" appears between adjacent tents.
• The numbers around the grid's edge turn red when they don't match the actual number of tents in that row or column.
• Groups of tents or trees light up in red when there's a mismatch—e.g., too few trees for the number of tents in a connected group, or vice versa.

Tip: On mobile devices, you can perform a "right-click" by using a long press.
